Ever since I was little, visiting the beach on the weekend with family was a treat we all looked forward to – even though back in the day we came home red and blistered!

I wasn’t so much a fan of the water (being dumped by waves was not my thing…) so I preferred to spend the days combing the shore for whatever treasures could be found – be it sea shells, sea glass, or even just the most unique pieces of driftwood…

And I have always been fascinated with this tongue twister:

She sells sea shells by the sea shore,
The shells she sells are sea shells, I’m sure.
So if she sells sea shells on the sea shore,
Then I’m sure she sells sea shore shells.

Although I’ve never been that great at saying this saying very fast without mucking it up – I do love when people stop by the markets to look at our stall, and we all start saying it together:

Every Sunday we attend the Manly Creative Market at Little Bayside Park, the Esplanade, Manly Queensland, from 8:00am until 2:00pm. We have a large selection of our range on display, however, we can’t carry all of our stock with us every week. So If you are coming to the markets to see something in particular, please feel free to message us beforehand to make sure we bring it along on the day.
